Get ready to sweat and shape your booty with our Bumpa Bootcamp class at freeitupdance. This 45-minute fitness class is perfect for those who want to focus on their legs, booty, and core body movement. Our bootcamp style workout will challenge you with a combination of strength and cardio exercises, while our signature waistline wining moves will help you tone and sculpt your body. The class ends with a 15-minute stretch to help you cool down and recover. Join us for a fun and effective workout that will leave you feeling energized and accomplished.
CLASSES/COURSES: Multi-week courses are sold as consecutive weeks, and are valid from the first week. Missed weeks are not transferable to other courses. No refunds offered for classes not attended STUDIO HIRE: Note - For the period of February 2024 bookings must be made at least 48hours in advance, no same day bookings permitted. At other times please book with 24hrs notice, for emergency booking requests < 24hrs please email/whatsapp +6140113884. Studio hire can be rescheduled with 24hrs notice, subject to availability. Refunds are not available. For recurring hires please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. If you are hiring the studio for the purpose of teaching a class you must email a copy of your public liability / dancers insurance - failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled. | GENERAL: Covid safe restrictions are in effect and you agree to abide by social distancing and other requirements, if you attend the studio with a fever, or cold/flu like symptoms you will be requested to leave the studio | Please treat the studio and those around you with respect. No food permitted in the studio | There may be times where photos or videos of classes are taken and used for social media and business purposes, by choosing to book you are agreeing to and consent to the fact you may be included in photos/videos utilised by Free It Up Dance. Your agree you are fit and well and are able to participate in dance activities.
